The internet is slow or unreliable

If the internet is working, but it is slow or unreliable, there are are a couple of things you can try before reaching out to our team.

Rebooting your router

The first thing to try would be to reboot your router. You can do this by unplugging the power cord on your router for about 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. Wait for the router to boot back up, and then try connecting your devices again.

REstarting your device

Sometimes computers or other devices need to be reset or rebooted to clear common issues. Try restarting any affected devices and testing the connection again.

The issue isn’t resolved
