Whereas your property manager handles maintenance and repairs for most of your facility and fixtures, Connectivity U handles all repairs on the internet equipment for your apartment. This includes the ethernet wall ports. If an ethernet wall port in your apartment is damaged, please reach out to our support team to schedule a repair. We’ll setup a House Call to visit your apartment and perform the repair so you can get back to using the internet.

Other Damage

Connectivity U also handles the physical repairs for any other internet infrastructure at your building. This could include in-unit wi-fi access points, and convenience wi-fi access, fiber or ethernet lines, or any other internet infrastructure. If you see damage to any internet infrastructure, please let our support team know so we can promptly get a repair started.
