My internet is down

If it looks like the internet is down to your apartment, there are a couple of things you can try before reaching out to our team.

Let’s start by testing your devices. Are you having issues with all of your devices, or are some working while others aren’t? If so, the issue may be with your router and not the internet connection. You can view this article for help in this case:

No devices are working

If none of the devices in your apartment are working, you’ll want to check your router next. Sometimes just rebooting your router will restore your internet service. Our article on troubleshooting your router can help with common solutions:

The issue isn’t resolved
