What is Convenience Wifi?

Some of our properties are equipped with convenience wifi. This is a wifi connection that is available to your whole building or complex. Convenience wi-fi is a great options for quickly connecting devices or connecting guests.

Limitations

Convenience wifi is not meant to be your primary internet source. Coverage and connection quality can vary across your building or complex and our support team is not able to troubleshoot connection issues with convenience wifi.

If you are wanting a consistent and high-quality wifi experience, we always recommend using your own wifi router.

What is the convenience wifi password?

You should have received a setup sheet from your property manager when you moved in that listed the password for the convenience wifi. If you’re not able to locate your move-in sheet, you can reach out to your team for the password to your location.

Locations without convenience wifi

If your location does not have convenience wifi provided, don’t worry. To have wifi in your apartment, all you need to do is to purchase and connect a wifi router! Our Connecting a Wifi Router article provides lots of great information on how to get connected.
